Centrans is a Guatemalan group with an interest in power-generating plants. Centrans is one of the newest developments of private energy projects in Central America and an active player in generating energy in the region. Centrans owns 50% of Empresa Energetica de Corino Ltd.

ENISA is the Nicaraguan signing and the original developer of the project.
